We at Bob Kunst Painting actively promote the use of environmentally friendly project planning, surface preparation, proper painting and cleanup procedures, supporting the development and use of new environmentally safer paints and coatings where this material use actually reduces pollution, providing testimony to the Environmental Protection Agency and promotion of proper disposal of waste and leftover paint and supplies.
Here at Bob Kunst Painting, Inc. we do the following:
-Recycle thinners through a licensed, EPA-approved vendor
– Encourage clients to use water based products in place of other bases
– Minimize the use of paper in our office and recycle
– Close or cover paint containers as much as possible to minimize evaporation
– Use HEPA vacuums for cleaning sites and attach them to sanders when possible
